The Restaurant

You’ll find the modern, yet sophisticated Biella Ristorante in Sunny Isles Beach. It’s a very welcomed new adition to Italian restaurants in the neighborhood. The ambience and the European furnishings of this restaurant transports you to a little town in Italy. Biella Ristorante is family-owned and created to give diners a taste of traditional Italian food, served in a luxurious and sophisticated space, yet making you feel at home.

The Food

We were invited in to try a special 6-course tasting menu. The menu included creamy salmon soup with smoked salmon, golden rainbow beet salad, lobster ravioli, seared scallops, hanger steak with polenta, and to top things off, for dessert, we had a dessert that was reminiscent of a moist, decadent bread pudding: Crumble Di Mele apple torrejas cinnamon ice and caramelized apples.

Bonus Tip

I went there for the food, but wow! I was pleasantly surprised with their cocktail-making skills. I got a glimpse of the cocktails they were making, and it was entertaining to watch. I’ll be back to try their Manhattan cocktail ;-).

Final Verdict

I whole-heartedly recommend that you do yourself a favor, and visit Biella Ristorante. The food is spectacular.  The service makes you feel like family, and the ambience is sophisticated yet not stuffy, and very welcoming. It’s also definitely a lovely romantic restaurant for date night!
