With an ocean view as breathtaking as this, they mean $1000 a week right?

January 28, 2016 at 3:23 pmLooks like it’s actually quite comparable to South Florida. Several really cute places! That one for $950 is adorable! Although, I’m leery of Craig’s List. Just be careful when visiting the rentals. Be sure to do your research and make sure the agents are legit!

February 22, 2016 at 4:37 pm$1000 will get you a closet on the beach. That’s gotta be per week!! Lol. You can find stuff for that price, you just might end up in an area that’s not so great….
I used to rent a 1br apartment near Dadeland for $860 (and I loved it!), but within 2 years rent went up to $1200 for the same size unit!
