The South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBEWFF) is just a month away. As a self-identified foodie, I look forward to Miami’s largest culinary annual event. Now in it’s 18th year, this delicious event serves to benefit FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
Here are my top 5 SOBEWFF Must-Attend Events:
3. Barilla’s Italian Bites on the Beach
This event is one of the signature events of the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. Barilla’s Italian Bites is hosted by Emmy-award winning television personality – Giada De Laurentiis and features over 30 talented chefs!

2. Heineken Light Burger Bash
Definitely one of my most anticipated food event of the year is the Heineken Light Burger Bash. This is like burger heaven – 3 hours to eat some of the best burgers you’ll ever have in your life! This year, this highly anticipated event will be hosted by David Burtka and Neil Patrick Harris.

3. Goya Foods’ Grand Tasting Village
My absolute favorite of them all is the Goya Tasting Village. It’s such a huge event, it takes place on Saturday, and Sunday! The Goya Tasting Village is an all-day event. Eat to your heart’s content (and then some) while you move from tent to tent, explore over 50 restaurants, and stop in to hear a cooking demo by a popular Food Network chefs!
Bonus tip: Wear comfy shoes, light clothing and you may want to bring a hat if it’s sunny that day.
