Nautical Chic

Nautical Chic

Lifestyle

Dear Santa,

I’ve been nautical and would like some shoes to match 😉

Nautical style is one of my favorites; partially because I have a weakness to stripes. Living in the Miami area, and being close to the water, the nautical style is a trend that does not go out of style (at least not for me).  I came across this retro-inspired navy halter dress on eshakti and fell in love with it right away. Immediately, I pictured a classy, chic, nautical outfit with navy blue, white, and stripes.

When eshakti contacted me to try one of their dresses (complimentary), I was excited to be able to customize it to my own style. I kept the neckline as shown, but opted to have it cut down to mini length. I love, love, love the dress! It really accentuated my figure, and I received many compliments when I wore my dress. The dress really fit me perfectly! For those of you who are unfamiliar with eshakti, you pick an item of clothing you like (dress, skirt, tops, pants), tell them your measurements (or select the size that matches your measurements, then you select the customization option that suits you best, and wait for your customized clothing to arrive!

This is how I styled my Brooklyn dress from eshakti:

So what about you? Have you been nautical or nice?
