As Christmas draws closer, it signifies the end of another year. It’s time to think about the past year, new year’s resolutions, gather with friends, family, loved ones, and celebrate over good food, laughter and drinks (be sure to check out my Chocolate Coquito recipe -it’s sure to be a hit at your next holiday gathering).
