If you love Japanese food (sushi, anyone?!) or if you’re looking for a cool, new restaurant, for your next date, I have the place for you!
On Saturday, I was invited to Kuro Japanese Restaurant to review their new lunch menu. I’m always on the hunt for great, new restaurants to explore, so I welcomed the opportunity to learn about this restaurant, located at Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
We kicked things off with drinks and toasted with…
Ni -rum-based cocktail with muddled watermelon, Thai basil, fennel and other wonderful ingredients
Shi cocktail -sweet spice, natural color, juicy, and a beautiful showcase of creative tequila cocktails
The food was never-ending, and absolutely delicious! We enjoyed:
Tuna Crispy Rice
Wagyu Tacos
Hamachi Pepper
Koji Lamb
For dessert, we had: Chocolate Hazelnut Bar
We completed our Japanese food tasting with a warm cup of green tea. The perfect ending to an exquisite lunch at Kuro Japanese Restaurant!
