I used to rent a 1br apartment near Dadeland for $860 (and I loved it!), but within 2 years rent went up to $1200 for the same size unit!

Several really cute places! That one for $950 is adorable! Although, I’m leery of Craig’s List. Just be careful when visiting the rentals. Be sure to do your research and make sure the agents are legit!
