Have you been to the River Yacht Club as yet? If not, you need to…go! I had the pleasure of attending a sneak preview of their new Japanese restaurant opening on Friday, March 24th. It was definitely a memorable experience, and I’m excited to share my experience with you.
We arrived early to take photos of the general River Yacht Club area. There was unique art, a bar and dining area, and of course a stunning waterfront view!
Dashi is Miami’s newest fine dining waterfront restaurant, and is headed by former executive sushi chef, Shuji Hiyakawa of Kuro Japanese Restaurant in Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, FL. Dashi is set to open on March 24 at The River Yacht Club.
